When you're involved in a collision you have the right to choose who tows your vehicle, we will provide you with all the city by law rates upon request. The sooner we receive the call the sooner we dispatch a driver to your location, keep in mind in the event of a collision you must call immediately as some officers will give you a time limit for your tow truck to ARRIVE ON the accident scene, if for some reason the officer has requested another company to tow your vehicle we can still release that vehicle and have it towed by us.
After we dispatch a tow
Provincial Roadside Services maintains a fleet of trucks to service you better. This helps us bring assistance to our customers quickly and efficiently.
In the event were your vehicle gets impounded by police, whether it's a 7 day impound or 45 day impound you have the right to choose if you want your vehicle stored indoors or outdoors (additional charges apply) all towing rates will be determined if the vehicle is front wheel or all wheel drive, depending on city by law rates.
